TALK TO YOUR FAMILY ABOUT DONATING LIFE®

We encourage you to register your wishes to be a donor at www.AZDonorRegistry.org. However, in addition to registering it is a good idea to inform your family of your decision and registration. This conversation can be fairly easy… here are some ways to do it:

• E-mail your family after you register. After you register, the registry website will give you directions on how to do this.


• Send an e-mail link of Donor Network of Arizona’s website or the registry website to family and friends letting them know you have signed up to Donate Life recommending that they look into it as well.


• Next time you see or talk to your family, let them know you did something to save someone’s life!
