Alejandro Rene Rodriguez, Donor

While it’s tragic to think about Alex leaving us too soon, he left behind a lifetime of memories filled with joy, laughter, and spontaneity. He touched many hearts in many ways. Alex was born in El Paso, Texas, where he attended and graduated from Eastwood High School, class of 2013. He was open to any situation, from working with kids as a gymnastics coach to taking care of disabled adults. At FedEx, he cherished his work, co-workers, and bosses. He loved challenges and valued his customers. He had a joy for life and was the life of the party, always down for a good time. When you met him, you felt his contagious passion, pure/genuine love, and energy. He cared for his best friend and brother so much and always made sure to prioritize family. His fiancée could tell you he was one of a kind and irreplaceable.

  • His presence felt like gravity, pulling you in, grounding you. The little looks he gave, the calm/loudness filled with joy and love in his voice, the way his hand finds yours without thinking. Alex Rodriguez was a hardworking man who would always go above and beyond making his close ones happy. He would help anyone he found who needed saving, with a quote to think about or if you needed someone to talk too. He always kept everything in a perspective you may not have thought about. I am truly blessed to be loved by you and your family, who have now became my family.
