The Talent & Culture group at DNA supports the organization’s mission by attracting, developing and retaining a diverse, mission-driven workforce. As cultural stewards, Talent & Culture works to ensure every staff member has a positive and supportive experience at DNA. They strive to create a workplace that reflects the communities DNA serves while meeting both current and future organizational needs. With a people-first approach and professional expertise, the team is dedicated to fostering a thriving, inclusive culture that helps staff members do their best work.
Departments Include
The Talent Management & Culture department oversees the day-to-day functions of human resources, including staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and workplace safety. This department leads DNA’s robust employee wellness program and ensures staff have the support they need.
Training & Development focuses on being a vital resource for all staff across the organization. This ranges from using groundbreaking simulation software to onboard and train clinical staff more quickly and to higher levels of competence, to offering ongoing education classes like emerging leaders and crucial conversations.
