Making the Connection – 2015 Donation Symposium

At the 2015 Donation Symposium and Celebration, Donor Network of Arizona recognizes the network of connections that makes the gift of organ, eye and tissue donation possible.

Join us for a day of celebration and learning as we explore advances in the fields of donation and transplantation, identify best practices used by medical professionals in supporting donors and their families, and honor Donation Champions from across the state. This engaging and interactive event will help you make the connection between your work and the gift of life.

We invite you to join us for the entire day of learning, or for any portion of the day you can attend. This free symposium is an educational resource and has been awarded 5.5 contact hours for nursing.

Breast Reconstruction Awareness Day (BRA Day) is an initiative designed to promote education, awareness and access for women who may wish to consider post-mastectomy breast reconstruction.

Thanks to the generosity of donors and their families who have said “yes” to the gift of tissue donation, we’re able to help make hundreds of grafts available to women in Arizona who have chosen breast reconstruction as part of their journey to healing.
