High School Registry Challenge FAQs
What You Need To Know
Donor Network of Arizona’s High School Registry Challenge is a chance for Arizona students to learn about the importance of organ and tissue donation and share the Donate Life message with others in their schools and communities.
Schools can host their own registration drives to educate others about donation and encourage them to sign up as organ and tissue donors. Schools will compete against each other to register the most donors!
The winners will earn prizes and be recognized!
The challenge will be Feb. 2-27, 2026.
The deadline to register for the challenge is Jan. 16, 2026. Sign up here!

More About Donor Registration
Please register through your school’s custom registration link so that it counts toward the challenge.
Anyone can register at any time at DonateLifeAZ.org. Be sure to select your school under “How did you hear about us?”
Yes, as long as they are 15½ years old.
Students 15½ and older can express their decision to be an organ and tissue donor by joining the DonateLifeAZ Registry on their own. However, until they turn 18, their family makes the final decision regarding donation. It’s important to share your decision to register with family.
No, a driver’s license or permit is not necessary to register as a donor. However, more than 95% of Arizonans who are registered as organ and tissue donors made their decision while visiting an Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division or authorized third-party office. You can sign up any time online at DonateLifeAZ.org.
