Sara Pace Jones leads strategy and execution at Donor Network of Arizona, driving initiatives that increase organ and tissue donation. With nearly 30 years at DNA, she has launched groundbreaking programs like the DonateLifeAZ Registry and strengthened strategic planning, while serving in national leadership roles. Sara holds degrees from Arizona State University and Grand Canyon University, and outside work, she enjoys live music, Phoenix life with her husband, two dogs, and is a proud mom of two young adults.
