I registered myself to be a donor because I have always wanted to save a life. I am young and healthy and would love to bless someone with the gift of life when I die. I have heard many stories of people waiting for transplants on lists for years. Some need a transplant as soon as possible or they will not make it. I am adding myself as an option to give someone that much more hope of receiving what they need. Additionally, I would love to provide myself for research in order to move the dial that much further for future treatments to help even more people.
