Daniel Joseph Rademacher registered as an organ donor when he moved to Arizona in 2012. He died at his home in Mesa, Arizona, in the summer of 2016 at the age of 42. He was born June 30, 1973, in Longmont, Colorado. He is survived by his parents of Scottsdale, Arizona, as well as two brothers and six nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his beloved Maltipoos. Cremation arrangements were handled by Neptune Society in Tempe, Arizona. A Celebration of Life service was held in Longmont, Colorado, with final resting place at Foothills Gardens of Memory in Longmont, Colorado.
