Eric Scot Richards was my husband who passed away due to injuries from a car accident. He was put on life support and I was given the option for him to remain on it or to take him off. After the toughest decision of my life, I decided that Eric wouldn’t want to continue on that way, so after speaking with Donor Network of Arizona, I agreed to allow Eric to donate his organs. He was already a registered organ donor. He was able to donate three different vital organs to help people. I am proud of Eric for that, because Eric loved helping people in any way he could. Donor Network of Arizona helped me to find a little bit of light in Eric’s passing. I love him and miss my husband more than words could ever explain.
