Jack always loved helping others. At the time of his death, he had been feeling depressed due to health issues that kept him from being active. This was very hard for a man who had been very athletic most of his life but, worst of all, he wasn’t able to do things for others. Due to his many health issues, Jack’s organs weren’t viable for transplant…but his bones and skin could still help numerous others. I know that Jack would be thrilled that his final act was to make someone else’s life better.
