I am a registered nurse. I encourage EVERYONE eligible to become a registered donor to do so now. The gift of life is beyond precious. Too many individuals are awaiting lifesaving organs and treatments that are possible through the gift of organ and tissue donation. There is no greater responsibility a human being has than to provide and share the gift one has been blessed to receive. I believe in the goodness of humanity. If one life ending can provide another the chance to live, then I believe in honoring life. Live on through the ultimate gift of life. Give of yourself what you no longer require, so that someone’s loved on has the chance to see their children grow, dance at a wedding, see the birth of a grandchild. The list of what is possible is endless when one chooses to share the gift of life.
